At WHAT THE FLEX, we want you to feel as good as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we'll help you flex a different size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
